Our waterjets handle metals, plastics, rubber, foam, and composites up to 6" thick. No heat-affected zone means zero warping and full structural integrity. Clean cuts with tolerances of ±0.010"–0.015".
Our Trumpf CO₂ and Bodor fiber lasers deliver fast, precise cuts on steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass with tolerances of ±0.010". Dual shuttle tables keep production moving — while one sheet is cutting, the next is loading. Nitrogen and oxygen cutting for clean edges.
Don't send your cut parts to a separate fab shop. We handle MIG, MAG, and TIG welding in-house on steel, stainless, and aluminum, and our CNC press brake forms brackets, flanges, and panels before they hit the weld table. From tack welds to full assemblies, your parts stay under one roof.
Need threaded holes or chamfered edges in your cut parts? Our FlexArm electric tapping arm handles it all in-house, so your parts ship ready to assemble. With 70" of reach and a depth sensor, every thread is consistent and accurate.
Our wide-belt sander removes burrs, slag, and oxide from laser and waterjet cut parts. Whether you need a deburr pass or a specific surface finish, parts come off the sander ready for the next step — coating, assembly, or shipment.
