When speed and precision matter, laser cutting delivers. Our fiber lasers cut steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass with tolerances of ±0.010" and fast cycle times. Dual shuttle tables on both machines mean one sheet is cutting while the next is loading — keeping production moving.

Why Laser?
Laser cutting is fast, precise, and cost-effective for metal sheet work. The focused beam produces clean edges with minimal burr, and the process is highly repeatable — whether you need one piece or a thousand. Nitrogen cutting gives you oxide-free edges on stainless and aluminum, while oxygen cutting is ideal for thicker mild steel.
Materials We Laser Cut
- Mild steel (A1011, A1008, A36, A572)
- Stainless steel (304, 316)
- Aluminum (5052, 6061, 3003)
- Copper and brass (thin gauge on the Bodor)
- Galvanized steel
Laser vs. Waterjet
Laser is typically faster and more cost-effective for metals under 1" thick. Waterjet is the better choice for thicker materials, non-metals, and when you need zero heat input. Not sure which is right for your job? Tell us what you need and we'll recommend the best process.
