Welding & Fabrication

MIG weld bead joining square steel tube to a base plate
← All Capabilities

Cutting is only half the job. Our fab shop takes the parts we waterjet or laser cut and forms, welds, and fits them into finished components — so what shows up at your door is ready to install, not a stack of blanks headed to a second vendor.

Welding Equipment

Fronius TransSteel 3000C Pulse

MIG / MAG Pulse Capable Steel & Stainless

Everlast PowerTIG 200DV

TIG Welding Aluminum Stainless & Steel

The Fronius handles MIG and pulsed MAG on steel and stainless, from sheet metal through structural tube and plate. The Everlast TIG unit covers aluminum, stainless, and steel where a cleaner, more controlled weld matters.

From Cut Parts to Finished Assemblies

Because we cut the blanks ourselves, fit-up starts with parts that are already square and to print. Frames, brackets, bases, and enclosures get fixtured on our welding table and welded to your drawing — tacked for your own finish welding, or fully welded and ready to go.

Need threaded holes or a clean finish on the assembly? Tapping and chamfering and sanding happen in the same building.

Press Brake Forming

Parts that need bends before they're welded stay in-house too. Our CNC press brake forms brackets, flanges, and panels with repeatable accuracy, and saved job programs make repeat orders quick to set up.

How a forming job runs

  1. Programming — bend angles, material thickness, and backgauge positions are set from your drawing
  2. Forming — each blank is positioned against the 5-axis backgauge and formed
  3. Checking — angles and dimensions are verified before parts move on to welding or packing

One Shop, Start to Finish

Cutting, forming, welding, and finishing under one roof means no freight between vendors, no waiting on someone else's schedule, and one point of contact when a drawing changes. Send us your files and tell us what the finished part needs to be — we'll handle the rest.
